Minds@Ease encourages children and youth to develop their own daily mindfulness practice through a weekly mindful challenge. Skills are learned over time through sustained practice.
Children’s Course:
Our sessions for children (4-11 yrs.) are presented in a series of 7-10 lessons on a weekly basis that are 45 minutes in duration.

Youth Course:
Our youth programs (12-17 yrs.) are presented in a series of 7-10 lessons on a weekly basis that are 45 minutes-1 hour in duration.
